the status that Hotel Tibet has now metamorphoused into is credited to some influential
local dignitary who founded this hotel when hoteliering and
travel business found fillip and
impetus to woo the tourist. Hotel Tibet was founded on 22nd
December, 1981and
the then Chief Minister and the Governor of Sikkim graced the
inaugural ceremony
